- Provide strategic leadership and direction for the Project information management system team, aligning project management activities with the overall goals and objectives of the organization.
- Develop and implement project information management system processes, tools, and best practices to improve project delivery and performance.
- Work closely with senior management and other stakeholders to define project information management system strategies and ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Review of our Key Account Management Plans for all key clients.
- Conduct Technology Selection and Implementation Consulting.
- Design, Test and Implement State-of-the-art secure database Products.
- Overseeing, Maintaining and Providing Support to current and future technology systems.
- Collecting information regarding potential systems enhancement needs, identifies application issues, and works through barriers to achieve results.
- Driving the GenAI related solutions across the Project and Program Management Services.
- Facilitate communication and coordination between different departments to ensure the PIMSYS meets organizational needs.
- Identify and implement enhancements to optimize system performance and user experience.
- Collaborate with project managers, team members, and other stakeholders to understand their needs and requirements.
- Set goals for the team, with efficient team building including time Management.
- Demonstrate and present the final product/developed system to our clients.
- Understand business requirements in the context of Power BI, PMIS, Dashboard and create data models to transform raw data into relevant insights.
- Design, build and deploy business intelligence reports and dashboards using Microsoft Power BI/Tableau.
- Ability to drive process improvement and strong reporting skills Deliver solution milestones delivered against plan.
- Ensuring that reports are analyzed and presented in a way that highlights critical management problems and opportunities for effective execution of the project.
- Establishing and implementing methods for collecting information across the various workstreams and sectors.
- Implement PIMSYS Support Teamwork Plan, and Work Procedure for all streams.
- Assess the work and provide a manhours utilization plan.
- Overseeing the completion of project milestones leveraging tools/automation and best practices.
- Identifying and analyzing various project key performance indicators and metrics.
- Oversee the preparation and presentation of regular project performance reports to senior management and stakeholders.
- Develop Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to measure project performance, including cost, schedule, quality, and risk.
- Ensure effective communication of project status, issues, and risks to stakeholders.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing Project information management system team, including planners, schedulers, cost controllers, and risk managers.
- Foster a collaborative and results-oriented team environment, promoting professional development and continuous improvement.
- Conduct performance reviews, provide feedback, and manage team resources effectively.
- Deliver excellent client service on our commissions through quality assurance and regular client care.
- Unlock talent and develop next generation of leaders.
- Develop mentor and support your teams on project / technical delivery.
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in Project information management system processes and systems.
- Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and effectiveness in project delivery.
- Stay current with industry trends, tools, and best practices, and ensure the organization is leveraging leading-edge Project information management system methodologies.
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure PIMSYS practices are fully integrated into project planning and execution.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate successful project outcomes.
- Masters/bachelor's degree in civil engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 15 - 20 years of experience in Project information management system, with at least 5 years in a leadership or managerial role.
- Advanced level user of Power BI, Excel and report related tool.
- Extensive understanding of UI/UX.
- Experience in Power App development.
- Experience in Power Automation.
- Experience in SharePoint Workflow, List and SharePoint Site development including webpage.
- Experience in data preparation and data warehousing projects.
- Proficiency in coding languages for Excel, PowerBI and SharePoint.
- Different system integration through API to Power BI.
- SharePoint List, SharePoint Web Site Development and Coding knowledge.
- Configuring and customizing SharePoint systems according to company specifications.
- Web site development experience.
- Experience in Construction Projects.
- Excellent skills in data collection, reporting and analysis.
- Experience in mega-project/program with International Clients.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Worked Experience with PMC.
- PMIS System Implementation Experience (SAP, primavera unifier, PMWeb, etc.)
- Proven experience in large-scale capital projects, infrastructure, construction, or engineering environments.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to influence and drive change across multiple levels of the organization.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
- Relevant certifications such as Project Management Professional (PMP), AACE’s Certified Cost Professional (CCP), or PMI’s Scheduling Professional (PMI-SP) are preferred.
