Responsibilities
The Business Technology team at client plays a critical role in driving enterprise-wide transformation, enabling core
business functions through modern platforms such as Salesforce and the Microsoft Power Platform.
We are seeking a highly skilled and dynamic Technical Program Manager / Technical Business Analyst to join our
enterprise applications team. This hybrid role requires the ability to manage complex technical programs and
projects while simultaneously analysing business requirements and translating them into actionable technical
delivery plans.
The ideal candidate will have strong experience delivering solutions using Salesforce, Power Platform (Power Apps,
Power Automate, Power BI), and integrated enterprise systems, with a proven track record of driving high-quality
outcomes on time and within budget.
You will be a focal point within a multi-disciplinary team of Architects, Engineers, Product Owners, and Platform
Specialists, while partnering closely with senior stakeholders across technology and business functions.
Success in this role requires a proactive mindset, strong attention to detail, the ability to navigate ambiguity, and a
passion for delivering reliable, scalable solutions that support critical business processes.
Key Responsibilities
Technical Program Management
- Plan, execute, and oversee enterprise platform initiatives (e.g., Salesforce and Power Platform solutions)
- Develop and maintain detailed program and project plans, including timelines, milestones, dependencies,
- Coordinate internal technology teams and third-party vendors to ensure successful execution.
- Maintain comprehensive program documentation, including status reports, RAID logs, and stakeholder
- Ensure all solutions meet enterprise quality standards, including QA, UAT, security, compliance,
- Track and report program progress against defined objectives and KPIs.
- Manage scope, schedule, and cost changes using established governance and change-control processes.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate technical and delivery risks; escalate issues appropriately.
- Partner with stakeholders to define success metrics and measure the effectiveness of delivered solutions.
- Collaborate with business and technology stakeholders to elicit, analyse, and document requirements for
- Translate business needs into functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria for
- Analyse existing business processes and systems to identify opportunities for optimization, automation, and
- Facilitate alignment between business users and technical teams to ensure shared understanding of
- Support solution design by validating requirements against platform capabilities and enterprise architecture
- Develop user documentation, training materials, and support content for new systems and enhancements.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience as a Technical Program Manager and/or Technical Business Analyst
- Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or platform capabilities) and/or
- Experience with API-based integrations, enterprise systems, and cloud platforms.
- Solid understanding of Agile delivery methodologies and tools such as JIRA.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with high attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams in a complex enterprise
