- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Solid front office operations experience (Mandatory skill) to ensure smooth and professional service day-to-day.
- Greet and assist visitors, students, and staff in a professional and courteous manner, enhancing the overall experience.
- Manage the front desk operations and ensure the area is neat, organized, and properly maintained at all times.
- Answer incoming phone calls and direct them appropriately, taking messages when necessary.
- Handle inquiries in person, over the phone, and via email, providing accurate information and solutions.
- Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings, and events, maintaining an organized calendar system.
- Perform administrative duties such as filing, scanning, and data entry to support overall office functionality.
- Assist with inventory management for office supplies and ensure adequate stock levels are maintained.
