- Greet clients warmly, ensuring a friendly environment at the Design Qandy Marine Drive (DQMD) Experience Center.
- Handle front desk tasks and client inquiries efficiently.
- Manage administrative responsibilities such as ambiance, plants/flowers, pantry, safety measures, and housekeeping.
- Supervise external vendors and address disruptions promptly.
- Oversee records of all incoming/outgoing documents, parcels, and couriers.
- Manage and monitor housekeeping, pantry, driver, security, office staff attendance, and leave records.
- Act as the go-to person for inventory management and procurement.
- Ensure safety measures and emergency materials are readily available.
- Keep management updated on relevant news or social situations for safety precautions.
- Plan and execute team festivities and manage budget approvals.
- Provide tours of the experience center when required.
- Masters, Bachelors, or Diploma degree with 5-8 years of experience in client relations, preferably in luxury brands, hospitality, or aviation.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong multitasking abilities and presence of mind.
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly MS Excel.
- Leadership and problem-solving skills.
- Dedication to client service and attention to detail.
