Responsibilities: - Develop and Implement QA Strategies
- Monitoring Quality Metrics & improve further
- Ensure proper defect tracking and resolution.
- Train QA team and other departments on quality practices and standards
- Cross-functional Collaboration - Work with R&D, Production, Engineering, and Customer Service teams
- Compliance and Documentation - Ensure adherence to regulatory and legal requirements
- Maintain quality documentation (SOPs, manuals, audit reports)
- Identify inefficiencies and lead initiatives to improve quality.
- Benchmark practices against industry leaders
- Identify potential quality risks early in the development/production lifecycle
- Customer Satisfaction - Gather and analyze customer feedback.
