• Develop and Implement QA Strategies
• Monitoring Quality Metrics & improve further
• Ensure proper defect tracking and resolution.
• Train QA team and other departments on quality practices and standards

• Cross-functional Collaboration - Work with R&D, Production, Engineering, and Customer Service teams

• Compliance and Documentation - Ensure adherence to regulatory and legal requirements

• Maintain quality documentation (SOPs, manuals, audit reports)
• Identify inefficiencies and lead initiatives to improve quality.
• Benchmark practices against industry leaders
• Identify potential quality risks early in the development/production lifecycle
