This is a leadership opportunity with a leading agri-tech and food industry player, responsible for driving strategic HR initiatives across India and international markets.The ideal candidate will have 8-15 years of experience and come from sectors like dairy, perishable foods, agriculture, retail foods, or D2C start ups, with a strong focus on compliance, talent, and organisational culture.

Partner closely with executive leadership to shape and execute HR strategy across diverse jurisdictions
Lead policy development, talent acquisition, leadership development, and succession planning
Drive performance management and employee engagement initiatives across regions
Ensure compliance with labor laws across multiple countries and standardize HR operations
Design competitive compensation and benefits frameworks tailored to regional needs
Use HR analytics to inform decision-making and drive continuous improvement
Support organizational change initiatives including digital transformation and integrations

Strategic HR leadership across multi-country operationsDrive global talent, compliance, and organizational culture initiativesa) 8-15 years of progressive HR experience, including leadership roles across geographies
b) Strong understanding of employment laws and HR practices in multi-country environments
c) Proven track record in talent management, leadership development, and employee relations
d) Excellent communication, interpersonal, and influencing skills
e) Strategic thinker with hands-on execution capability and high emotional intelligence
f) Education: Master's degree or professional HR certification (MBA/MSW preferred)
