This is a leadership opportunity with a leading agri-tech and food industry player, responsible for driving strategic HR initiatives across India and international markets.The ideal candidate will have 8-15 years of experience and come from sectors like dairy, perishable foods, agriculture, retail foods, or D2C start ups, with a strong focus on compliance, talent, and organisational culture.
  • Partner closely with executive leadership to shape and execute HR strategy across diverse jurisdictions
  • Lead policy development, talent acquisition, leadership development, and succession planning
  • Drive performance management and employee engagement initiatives across regions
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws across multiple countries and standardize HR operations
  • Design competitive compensation and benefits frameworks tailored to regional needs
  • Use HR analytics to inform decision-making and drive continuous improvement
  • Support organizational change initiatives including digital transformation and integrations
Strategic HR leadership across multi-country operationsDrive global talent, compliance, and organizational culture initiativesa) 8-15 years of progressive HR experience, including leadership roles across geographies
b) Strong understanding of employment laws and HR practices in multi-country environments
c) Proven track record in talent management, leadership development, and employee relations
d) Excellent communication, interpersonal, and influencing skills
e) Strategic thinker with hands-on execution capability and high emotional intelligence
f) Education: Master's degree or professional HR certification (MBA/MSW preferred)
