- Work closely with the CEO to analyse financials, prepare strategies and ensure financial health of the company.
- Manage and oversee all financial reporting, including preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual statements.
- Develop and monitor budgets, providing actionable insights for cost optimization.
- Evaluate commercial terms with vendors, partners, and marketplaces.
- Ensure timely and accurate MIS reports for leadership and investors.
- Prepare ROI analysis on promotional strategies and new launch initiatives.
- Provide financial analysis to support strategic decision-making and growth initiatives.
- Implement and maintain robust financial controls and processes.
- Handle corporate taxation, transfer pricing, internal audits and statutory audits and compliance.
- Monitor cash flow and forecast future financial trends.
- Lead finance process automation initiatives.
- Lead, mentor, and support the finance team to drive performance and efficiency.
- Professional qualification such as CA is mandatory.
- A minimum of 4-8 years of experience in a similar role, preferably across the ConsumerTech/Retail/D2C space.
- Strong knowledge of financial reporting standards and tax regulations.
- Experience in managing audits and working with external auditors.
- Proficiency in financial analysis and budgeting tools.
- Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Effective communicator with experience in stakeholder management, investor communication and cross-functional collaboration.
