An exciting opportunity for a strategic HR leader in a rapidly scaling, tech-driven platform operating across e-commerce, retail, supply chain, and gig workforce models. The HR Head will partner with founders and senior leadership to build and execute scalable HR strategies-encompassing talent acquisition, performance management, culture, compliance, and HR technology-while bringing strong business acumen and coaching expertiseAs the Head of HR, you will:
  • Lead the end-to-end people agenda across business verticals and employee segments (on-roll, EOR, and gig)
  • Define and implement the overall HR strategy across talent acquisition, business partnering, performance management, and total rewards
  • Partner with founders and senior leadership to align organizational design and workforce planning with business growth
  • Champion a culture of performance, inclusion, and accountability across a geographically dispersed setup
  • Drive HR technology transformation and leverage data for proactive people decisions
  • Ensure strong compliance, governance, and operational efficiency across the HR lifecycle
High impact leadership roleOpportunity to shape the people practices for a fast growing consumer org
  • 12-20 years of experience in HR leadership roles with a strong track record of success, stability, and internal growth (promotions/expanded roles)
  • Preferred industry backgrounds: E-commerce, Retail, Consumer, or Consumer Tech with a distributed sales/service force
  • Experience managing complex, high-volume workforces (e.g., frontline, supply chain, gig) across multiple geographies
  • Exposure to business roles (e.g., operations, P&L, commercial strategy) is a strong advantage
  • Strong personality with executive presence, high ownership, and the ability to influence founders and business leaders
  • Coaching certifications or deep exposure to leadership development is a plus
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced, entrepreneurial, and execution-driven environments
