This role will focus on expanding myNachiketa's presence across locations, managing relationships with distributors, retailers & large customers, and achieving sales targets across territories and during offline events. This person will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth, fostering strong customer relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction and contributing to their overall success and profitability.Responsibilities- Drive primary and secondary sales through efficient distributor and retailer management.- Appoint, onboard, and manage retailers/distributors.- Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints - Collecting monthly stock and sales statements of the retailers/distributors- Communicate with clients/customers for bulk orders- Execute market expansion plans and territory coverage- Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams- Updating sales records and documents accurately- Take ownership of the offline events held across India end-to-end.What we are looking for:- Candidates pursuing a Management degree are preferred - High motivation and ability to work independently - Keen interest in talking to customers, distributors, and retailers- Open to extended travel- Experience with Word, and Excel preferred- Honest and hard working- Good communication skills What's in it for you: - Experience 0-1 journeys of startups and closely see and contribute to their success- Work with senior leadership who are experts in product, content, technology- Pay as per industry standards- Steppingstone to enter the startup ecosystem (ref:updazz.com)
