Business Development Executive (Female) Key Responsibilities: - Lead Generation: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive lead generation and networking. - Appointment Setting: Schedule and manage appointments with potential clients to present our offerings and close deals. - Client Meetings: Conduct effective face-to-face meetings with prospects and clients, showcasing our products/services and addressing their needs. - Sales Strategy: Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets and drive business growth. - Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure high satisfaction and repeat business. - Market Insight: Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities to enhance sales approaches and identify new opportunities. Qualifications: - Experience: 2-3 years of proven sales experience, preferably in a field sales role. - Preference: Female - Presentation: Professional and presentable with strong interpersonal skills. - Proactiveness: Self-motivated and proactive with a results-driven approach. - Tethering events to uphold the relationship strong with Aquaworld. - Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
