- Conduct induction sessions: Company Overview, Core Values, HR Policies, Code of Conduct, IT Security, POSH.
- Ensure completion of mandatory modules and documentation.
- Train on U.S. mortgage structure, stakeholders, and loan lifecycle.
- Cover Default Management: Delinquency stages, Collections, Loss Mitigation, Foreclosure & Bankruptcy overview.
- Deliver detailed sessions on:
- Foreclosure: Legal timelines, notices, property disposition.
- Bankruptcy: Chapters 7, 13, 11 - processes and key documents.
- Explain service roles and system navigation for legal events.
- Conduct quizzes, role plays, case-based tests.
- Provide feedback, maintain attendance & engagement logs.
- Create trainee scorecards on performance, communication, and readiness.
- Align with Ops Leads/Managers for smooth trainee transition.
- Share performance reports & recommendations.
- Join calibrations to align training with process needs.
- Update training content per policy/process changes.
- Use feedback to improve delivery and curriculum.
- Maintain records: decks, attendance, feedback, version control.
