Key Responsibilities - Upselling and Adoption: Identify opportunities to upsell Google Workspace products to existing customers, aiming to enhance their usage and satisfaction. - Partner Collaboration: Work with reseller partners to generate business opportunities and expand the customer base. - Customer Engagement: Cultivate usage and adoption of Google Workspace through proactive communication, ensuring customer satisfaction. - Cross-functional Liaison: Collaborate with Marketing and Product teams to improve the overall customer experience and product offerings. Minimum Qualifications - Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. - At least 4 years of experience in sales or relationship management within the IT industry. - Experience in cloud sales. - Fluent communication in English for effective interaction with internal and external stakeholders. - Experience in SaaS sales targeting Small and Medium Businesses (SMB) and Mid- Market customers. - Strong multitasking abilities with the capacity to manage shifting priorities and varying deadlines (ref:updazz.com)
