Job Summary:We are looking for a high-performing Enterprise Account Manager with strong experience in selling IT infrastructure, cloud solutions, cybersecurity services, and hardware products. The role involves managing strategic enterprise accounts, driving revenue growth, and building long-term client relationships.Key Responsibilities:- Develop and manage relationships with enterprise-level clients across industries.- Understand customer IT environments and propose tailored solutions across:- IT Infrastructure (servers, storage, networking)- Public/Private/Hybrid Cloud- Cybersecurity (firewalls, endpoint security, SOC, etc.)- IT Hardware (desktops, laptops, printers, peripherals)- Own the sales cycle from lead generation to closure.- Collaborate with pre-sales, technical teams, and OEMs to design and present proposals.- Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities within existing accounts.- Achieve and exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets.- Maintain CRM hygiene and provide accurate sales forecasts.- Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and new technologies.Required Skills & Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or related field (MBA is a plus).- 5+ years of proven B2B sales experience in IT solutions.- Strong understanding of cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP), cybersecurity, and IT infrastructure.- Existing relationships in enterprise segments (BFSI, Manufacturing, Retail, etc.) is a plus.- Experience working with OEMs, system integrators, and channel partners.- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.- Self-motivated with strong business acumen and client-centric mindset.Preferred Certifications (Optional but Advantageous):- AWS/Azure/GCP Cloud Sales Accreditation- Cisco, Fortinet, Palo Alto (Security Sales Certifications)- ITIL, CompTIA, or similar IT certifications (ref:updazz.com)
