• Perform regular health checks, log reviews, and support nightly job cycles and policy data processing.
• Collaborate with stakeholders on financial reporting, document management, claims, and technical premium processing.
• Document incidents clearly and maintain audit trails and evidence.
• Ensure timely support for critical apps, tools, and integrations with no front-end dependency.

• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving capabilities.
• Proficiency in AS400, COBOL, DB2 SQL, and command line (CL).
• Experience supporting applications in AS400 environments.
• Exposure to audit requests, infra alerts, access requests, and real-time data issues.
• Good communication skillsboth verbal and written.

• Experience in the insurance domain or legacy AS400 applications.
• Familiarity with document management systems and premium processing tools.
• Ability to identify incident trends and suggest preventive measures.
• Exposure to .NET-based systems (optional separate track).

• Experience working with Dynatrace or IBM monitoring tools.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and learn quickly in a fast-paced setup.
