Person will lead & mentor the application development or modernization projects & teamsUsing design documentation and functional programming specifications, you will be responsible for implementing identified components. You will ensure that implemented components are appropriately documented, unit-tested, and ready for integration into the final product. You will have the opportunity to architect the solution, test the code, and deploy and build a CI/CD pipeline for it.As a valued member of our team, you will provide work estimates for assigned development work, and guide features, functional objectives, or technologies being built for interested parties. And finally, you’re open and borderless – naturally inclusive in how you work with others.Required Technical and Professional ExperienceOverall 15+ years of relevant IT experience, with minimum 10 years of experience in area of Application Design, Development & ModernizationShould have end to end working experience in application development across cloud native environments.Good understanding and experience of cloud native application design principles (like micro-services, stateless application meant for cloud, containers, 12 factor app principles etc.) Familiarity with tools such as New Relic, SplunkMust have executed large app modernization and cloud native architecting programsStack Level – Java or .NET C++/C# - C++, C# or Java, Java JSP, JEE API, 12 Factor Application Design, Spring Boot, Spring Security, Spring MVC, Spring Integration, Spring DataPackage Manager – Maven / GradleFront End - React JavaScript, Html, CSSDatabase - Design and deployment of DB framework and Logical Data ModalsTech Stack - Kubernetes, OpenShift, Cloud experience (AWS/Azure/Google/IBM)Middleware - Experience in deployment of applications to various middleware componentsPreferred Technical and Professional ExperienceBachelor's degree in Computer Science, related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
