  • Ability to work with Salesforce (Mandatory skill), demonstrating strong familiarity with its CRM features to manage customer interactions effectively.
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics (Mandatory skill), enabling you to derive insights from web data to inform business strategies.
  • Effective client relationship management (Mandatory skill), fostering positive relations to enhance client satisfaction and business retention.
  • Experience with HubSpot for marketing automation tasks, optimizing lead generation and client communication.
  • Skilled in utilizing LinkedIn Sales Navigator to identify and engage with prospective clients, building a robust sales pipeline.
  • Operational knowledge of Zoho CRM, managing sales activities, and maintaining comprehensive client records.
  • Familiarity with content management systems to support marketing campaigns and content dissemination.
  • Experience with email marketing platforms, creating compelling campaigns to drive client engagement and conversions.
Roles and Responsibilities
  • Assist in developing and executing effective business development strategies to increase company revenue.
  • Liaise with existing clients to understand their needs and propose appropriate solutions to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Utilize Salesforce and other CRMs to maintain up-to-date client information and track ongoing sales activities.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure alignment between business development and promotional efforts.
  • Identify and reach out to potential new clients using tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator and email marketing platforms.
  • Analyze market trends using Google Analytics to adjust strategies and implement new business opportunities effectively.
  • Participate in networking activities to stay informed about industry developments and build professional relationships.
  • Prepare regular reports to track performance metrics, communicating progress to senior management.
