Experience: 8–10+ Years in Salesforce DevelopmentAbout the RoleWe are seeking an experienced Freelance Trainer / Consultant with strong expertise in Salesforce Apex Enterprise Patterns (FinancialForce Lightning Base Framework). The role involves designing and delivering professional training sessions, guiding developers on best practices, and enabling them to build scalable, modular, and testable Salesforce applications.Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver in-depth training on Apex Enterprise Design Patterns & FinancialForce Lightning Base Framework.Explain Unit of Work, Domain Layer, Selector Layer, Service Layer, and Application Layer concepts with real-world examples.Guide participants on dependency injection, separation of concerns, and reusable code design.Provide hands-on labs, exercises, and project-based case studies.Share best practices for enterprise-grade Salesforce development.Conduct interactive sessions, Q&A, and post-training support.Required Skills✅ Strong knowledge of Salesforce Apex, Lightning, and Salesforce DX✅ Hands-on expertise in Apex Enterprise Patterns (UoW, Domain, Selector, Service classes, DI)✅ Experience with FinancialForce Lightning Base framework✅ Proficiency in Salesforce data modeling, SOQL/SOSL, and bulk data handling✅ Knowledge of Test-driven development (TDD), CI/CD, and DevOps in Salesforce✅ Strong understanding of design patterns, best practices, and scalable architecture✅ Excellent presentation, communication, and mentoring skills
