We’re a strong team that looks out for each other.Your role:We are seeking an experienced and driven Senior Manager – Business Operations to oversee and optimize day-to-day operations at a central level. The role will involve working closely with regional managers, product, tech, finance, HR, and leadership teams to drive efficiency, ensure operational excellence, and achieve revenue and performance targets across regions.What would you do at Khatabook?Manage and monitor daily operational activities across all regions.Track and ensure achievement of daily, weekly, and monthly operational targets.Work with regional managers to drive efficiency and improve conversion funnels.Conduct periodic performance reviews across key operational metrics.Provide guidance and support to regional teams to achieve consistent execution.Partner with Product and Tech teams to implement process improvements and technology solutions.Work with Finance and HR stakeholders to ensure smooth coordination of business operations.Collaborate with leadership to roll out pilots, evaluate outcomes, and scale successful initiatives.Monitor and ensure that revenue-related operational metrics are achieved across regions.Drive process excellence and standardization to maximize productivity and cost efficiency.Act as the central operations leader to align regional performance with company goals.Support senior leadership in operational planning, business reviews, and strategic execution.What are we looking for?Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations Management, or related field (MBA preferred).5–10 years of experience in operations, with at least 2–5 years in a senior/regional or central operations leadership role.Proven expertise in multi-region operational management, performance tracking, and process optimization.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and execution skills.Excellent stakeholder management with cross-functional teams.Key Skills :Operational strategy & executionPerformance tracking & funnel managementRegional team collaboration & leadershipRevenue-linked operational managementCross-functional coordination (Product/Tech/Finance/HR)Data-driven decision-making & problem-solving
