As a ZOHO CRM Sales Support, you will work closely with the sales team to manage and optimize the CRM system, troubleshoot technical issues, and provide user training to ensure efficient utilization of the platform. This position plays a key role in elevating sales performance by ensuring the seamless operation of the CRM solution.Responsibilities
  • Manage and maintain the ZOHO CRM system to ensure efficient sales processes.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to ZOHO CRM in a timely manner.
  • Provide training and support to sales staff on ZOHO CRM functionalities.
  • Generate reports and analytics to track sales performance and identify improvement areas.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to customize and optimize CRM workflows.
  • Assist in data migration and integration with other business systems.
  • Maintain data quality and ensure compliance with data protection regulations.
Qualifications
  • Bachelors degree in Business, IT, or related field.
  • Proven experience with ZOHO CRM or similar CRM systems.
  • Strong understanding of sales processes and CRM best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Problem-solving aptitude and attention to detail.
