Technical Manager

• Work closely with customer's technical teams to evaluate and evolve requirements and design
• Lead conception, design, development and maintenance of cutting edge Web, desktop applications and Middleware from scratch that are robust, scalable and secure.
• Continuously explore new technologies and best practices to bring best user experience to life, reduce technical debt and maintain highest standards of code quality.
• Enhance frontend and backend designs continuously to improve maintainability, testability and performance of backend services.
• Design & integrate Cloud and other 3rd party SDK/API as required.
• Develop internal tools to automate and enable efficient test execution.
• Work hand-in-hand with UI/UX designers to transform cutting edge designs into intuitive, responsive applications.
• Deliver well-organized and documented code and participate in code reviews to ensure high standards of code quality.

• Experience in Rail domain is a must - at least in one of theses systems Dispatch system , Positive train control or ETCS or Network optimization
• Experience in signaling is added advantage
• Strong experience in working with cloud environment
• Proven record of delivering large scale/ enterprise solutions
• Experience with AI/ML technologies in development / testing of applications is added advantage
