Find your fit — and your future.Summary of the role:Sr. Business Analyst will work with Retail partners within a global SAP programme to align SAP CAR and Retail solutions with our needs. Will support the business processes associated with the integration between a core merchandising solution (SAP S4 Fashion) and store POS systems. Specifically, the business processes associated with collection of multichannel POS data through CAR into SAP S4; Retail price and markdown management; and Sales Audit.Demonstrate an in-depth knowledge of this industry to identify, analyze and resolve problems on an ongoing basis. Be a project team member. Directly partner with business leadership (Directors/Sr. Directors) to clarify our needs and priorities with consultant's support. Will work within the most updated SAP cloud technology, build upon your SAP Retail / CAR knowledge and gain experience in the technological ecosystem of a mature SAP environment.About the role:75% – Design/ configure and test15% - Requirements analysis and design10% – Incident and Request resolution/escalationAbout you:6+ years of experience designing and implementing SAP Customer Activity Repository (CAR) for the capture and processing of POS data into SAP Retail, AFS or S4 Fashion.Experience designing and implementing solutions for managing retail price data and the transmission to POS systems.Experience with design and deployment of business processes associated with POS data management, sales audit.Must have an understanding on how POS data (sales, inventory, receipts, tenders and financial transactions) are processed within the SAP ERP solutionAt least 1 or 2 full cycle experience of ERP Transformation programmes.Meet deadlines of a dynamic, growing business.Team player who can partner across departments to mediate and resolve issues.Work with senior partners to capture detailed requirements and provide solutions.Understanding of technical components required to support business processes, including integration effort within different functional tracks.Knowledge of associated S4/Hana FIORI Tiles, Launch Pad, Transactional apps, Personas.Benefits:
