  • New Business development of all company product lines of Ultra High Pure (UHP) Equipment & system business in Semiconductor & solar.
  • Is responsible for the new UHP products and existing products line for BOQ, Design & support for existing sales tam in UHP products business area;
  • Increasing the presence of our products geographically by :
  • Managing existing major customers and key accounts;
  • Identifying and gaining new customers, and appointing new agents and distributors;
  • Negotiating and concluding distributorship and agency agreements and setting goals;
  • Maintaining a good customer support and communication including: RFI, RFQ, technical support, training, coaching etc;
  • Reporting and sharing important information and analysis regarding the sales situation, the market developments and trends, customers and competitors with the Headquarter in Mumbai;
  • Identifying and reporting strengths, opportunities, weaknesses and threats to the company - Swot on the market;
  • Support to marketing communication manager for the development of marketing material and the improvement of company image and positioning
  • Definition of a price strategy for the different product families;
  • New customers acquisition;
  • Ownership of the P&L;
  • As Ambassador of the company Group, represent the business positively internally & externally;
  • Willing to travel on a regular basis.
  • Understand technology of Clean room requirement & technology
  • Knowledge in Gas Component in UHP segment will be added advantage.
  • Knowledge of UHP gas installation
Requirements Must have requirement: Knowledge of UHP gas installation , Design, sourcing, project handling, Business development.Required Skills:
  • (Master) Degree in Engineering (additional MBA is an asset);
  • Minimum 8 to 10 years of experience in a similar position;
  • Paroven record of international exposure & the ability to operate effectively across diverse cultural and business environments. You have knowledge of international sales and logistics and a good understanding of international management practices;
  • The knowledge of the Ultra High Purity Equipment/ UHP Gases/ UHP Installation/Clean Room is considered as a asset;
  • A team player;
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken communication as well as in reading). Additional languages are a plus.
