We are seeking a result-oriented Senior Sales Engineer - Projects to lead endto- end technical sales for Cold Room, Industrial Refrigeration, and Turnkey HVAC projects.The role involves managing the complete sales cycle - from lead generation and client engagement to order booking and smooth handover to operations - with a strong focus on revenue generation and margin achievement.Key Responsibilities1. Business Development- Identify and develop new customers across warehouses, pharmaceuticals, food processing units, logistics, blood banks, laboratories, and related industries.- Build relationships with consultants, MEP contractors, architects, and retrofit specialists.- Generate and maintain a minimum monthly order pipeline of - X Cr.- Explore new market opportunities and competitor activity.2. Technical Sales & Proposal Management- Understand client requirements through site visits and technical discussions.- Prepare techno-commercial proposals, BOQs, and costing inputs.- Coordinate with the design and estimation team for optimized solutions.- Conduct technical presentations and commercial negotiations with clients.- Ensure proposals align with technical feasibility and commercial targets.3. Order Closure & Project Handover- Convert enquiries into confirmed Purchase Orders (POs).- Ensure achievement of targeted gross margins.- Execute structured project handover to operations including:- Scope finalization- Payment terms confirmation- Technical documentation submission- Project timelines clarity4.
