Job Summary:We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Sales Executive to handle General Trade (GT) sales. The role involves managing distributor relationships, achieving sales targets, expanding market presence, and ensuring effective product placement in retail outlets.Key Responsibilities:- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for the assigned territory.- Identify and appoint distributors, dealers, and retailers to expand GT network.- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing distributors and retail partners.- Ensure product visibility, availability, and proper merchandising in retail outlets.- Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and market trends to identify growth opportunities.- Conduct regular market visits to check product placement and gather customer feedback.- Drive secondary sales through retailer engagement and promotional activities.- Ensure timely collections and adherence to credit policies.- Prepare and share daily/weekly sales reports with the management team.Key Requirements :- Graduate in any discipline (MBA in Sales/Marketing preferred).- 1-3 years of experience in Beverage Industry in General Trade.- Strong distributor and retailer management skills.- Good communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.- Basic knowledge of MS Office and sales reporting tools.Key Skills:- General Trade Sales- Distributor & Retail Management- Market Expansion & Business Development- Negotiation & Relationship Management- Target Orientation (ref:updazz.com)
