NRI Product Lead - Digital Acquisitions & New Product Development will play a critical role in designing & executing a key strategic priority in delivering the GPS Strategy for the bank, and will also get an opportunity to create an impact from scratch - this is a new role. The candidate will have the following responsibilities:
Acquistion partnerships:
1. Engage with external partners like offshore FIs, affiliated brands, x-border communities, etc to build an inorganic digital acquisition channel for the bank
2. Lead commercial negotiations, contract execution with the partners.
3. Evaluate financial viability for new partnership program including estimated SA MDAB, MEB growth, cost to income ratios, etc
4. Track developments on regulatory front and industry strategy on leveraging DIFC & GiftCity to meet off-shore investment needs for clients
5. Design best-in class digital customer onboarding journeys adopting a digital first approach & delivering best lead-conversion rates, minimal NFTRs.
6. Lead Technology integrations for enablement of customer journeys entailing building of roadmaps, BRD closure, design transaction flow, API integrations, UAT sign offs & other artifacts to support product delivery
7. Partner with key stakeholders across the bank for launch & implementation of the program including relevant approval documentations
8. Post launch, manage partner relationship including contract renewals, commercial reviews, optimising customer acquisition costs, etc
New Product Development
1. Gather all market research/opportunity analysis associated with new product offerings for the NRI segment
2. Evaluate product viability for new launch including estimated SA MDAB, MEB growth, cost to income ratios, etc
3. Review website content, and partner with Marketing team to continuously reinvent the pages to keep them more relevant, contemporary & appealing to the global indian.
4. Conceptualise value proposition and the entire product lifecycle from strategic design to implementation
5. Lead Technology integrations for enablement of product offerings entailing building of roadmaps, BRD closure, design transaction flow, API integrations, UAT sign offs & other artifacts to support product delivery
6. Partner with key stakeholders across the bank for launch & implementation of the program including relevant approval documentation.

Major Competencies Required 1. Industry knowledge : Preferably prior experience in BFSI / Fintech / WealthTech / BFSI Consulting domain
2. Relationship building: Skilled in establishing strong, collaborative connections with external partners and other key internal stakeholders
3. Communication & presentation skills: Excellent verbal & written communication, time management, negotiation & presentation abilities
4. Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing market conditions and pivot the business strategy to deliver GPS strategy for the bank.
Academic Qualifications / Nature of Relevant Work Experience Required Minimum 3-5 years experience in Product Management or Business Development domain in Banking or Financial services / Fintech / WealthTech / BFSI Consulting domain
