- Develop and manage comprehensive employee welfare programs, including health, safety, and recreational initiatives.
- Conduct regular assessments of employee well-being and recommend improvements based on feedback and data.
- Coordinate with HR and management to ensure compliance with labor laws and welfare regulations.
- Organize workshops and awareness sessions on mental health, stress management, and work-life balance.
- Serve as a confidential point of contact for employees facing personal or professional challenges.
- Maintain accurate records of welfare activities, participation rates, and program outcomes.
- Collaborate with external agencies, medical providers, and community organizations for enhanced support services.
- Monitor and report on key welfare KPIs to senior management on a quarterly basis.
- Promote a culture of empathy, inclusion, and proactive well-being across all departments.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Social Work, Psychology, Management, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of labor welfare laws and employee rights in India.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and conflict resolution skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic data analysis tools for reporting and tracking.
- Passion for employee well-being and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Willingness to work in Mumbai with flexibility for on-site engagement and event coordination.
