The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing stock levels, supervising store staff, maintaining accurate inventory records, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. This role requires strong organizational skills, inventory management expertise, and the ability to implement efficient store processes.Key Responsibilities:- Oversee daily store operations and ensure efficient inventory management.- Maintain optimal stock levels by coordinating with procurement and supply chain teams.- Monitor and record inventory movements, including inward and outward transactions.- Conduct regular physical stock checks and reconcile with system records.- Implement and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for inventory control.- Ensure proper storage, tagging, and handling of materials to prevent damage or loss.- Manage and train store staff on inventory procedures and safety standards.- Generate regular inventory and store performance reports for management.- Handle vendor coordination, goods receipt documentation, and issue slips.- Ensure compliance with company policies and health & safety regulations.Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, Logistics, or related field.- 5-6 years of experience in store/inventory management.- Strong knowledge of inventory management systems and MS Excel.- Excellent organizational and leadership skills.- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.- Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.Preferred Skills:- Hands-on experience with warehouse/store software (e.g., SAP, ERP, Zoho Inventory).- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.- Good communication skills for coordination with internal and external stakeholders.
