We have an exciting opportunity to join and contribute within our data and AI function playing a critical role in enabling scale, consistency and trust across our dynamic global client and investment operations. Working within the Master Data and Client Reporting space in Gurugram, you will support the delivery of digital solutions from requirements definition through to implementation. Your role sits at the intersection of business, data and technology, ensuring master and reference data is clearly defined, governed and fit for reporting, analytics and regulatory use.What you offerPress space or enter keys to toggle section visibility
  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst working within an agile, product-based environment
  • Strong stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to translate business needs into clear data and technical requirements
  • Experience analysing business problems and defining structured data requirements and outputs
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with data management, engineering and business teams to support solution design and delivery
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills, with a proactive, collaborative and continuous-improvement mindset
