• 2-6yearsprovenrelevantcommercialexperienceworkingwithidentityprograms, platforms(e.g.SailPoint),orin similarroles.
• Design, implement, and maintain SailPoint IIQ/ISC solutions for identity lifecycle management(Joiner/Mover/Leaver),access certifications,policyenforcement,and governance reporting.
• ConfigureandcustomizeSailPointISCcomponents,includingconnectors(SCIM,REST, JDBC, AD, etc.), custom rules transforms, and workflows to align with specific business and compliance requirements.
• IntegrateSailPointwithcriticalenterpriseplatformssuchasActiveDirectory, Workday,EntraID(AzureAD),LDAP,ServiceNow,andvariousbusiness-critical applications.
• Troubleshootandresolvecomplex issuesrelatedtoprovisioning,entitlements,access certifications, policy violations, and identity synchronization failures.
• DeepproficiencywithIdentityCubes, entitlements,roles,policies,certifications,and configuring virtual appliances.
• Proficiencyinanyprogramminglanguage,includingPython, PowerShell,orAPI-based automation (REST APIs).
• Knowledgeofcloudcomputing platforms(AWS,GCP).
• Stronganalyticalmindset,excellenttroubleshootingcapabilities,andstrong verbal and written communication skills.
• Theability tocoordinatelarge programsthatspanweeksandinvolvemanypeople across the business at all levels of seniority
