  • 3-6yearsprovenrelevantcommercialexperienceworkingwithidentityprograms, platforms(e.g.Okta)orin-similarroles.
  • ExperiencewithConfiguringOktatenants,including policies,routingrules,app integrations, Device Trust, and Adaptive MFA.
  • ApplicationIntegration:IntegratingenterpriseapplicationsforSSOandprovisioning using SAML, OIDC, OAuth, and SCIM protocols.
  • BuildingandmaintainingOktaWorkflowstoautomatemanual IDAMtasks,suchas onboarding and off-boarding.
  • UnderstandingofOktaIdentity Cloud,includingIdentity Engine,UniversalDirectory, and Workflows.
  • ProficiencyinPython,PowerShell,orAPI-basedautomation(RESTAPIs).
  • Knowledgeofcloudcomputing platforms(AWS,GCP).
  • Stronganalyticalmindset,excellenttroubleshootingcapabilities,andstrong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Theability tocoordinatelarge programsthatspanweeksandinvolvemanypeople across the business at all levels of seniority
  • Abilitytomanageandconfigureseeking ofaSaaSproducttomeettheneedsof different business stakeholders
  • Theabilitytosolvecomplexproblems,tinkerwithtechnologyandpossessa continuous improvement mindset.

  • ConfigureandcustomizeSailPointISCcomponents,includingconnectors(SCIM,REST, JDBC, AD, etc.), custom rules (Bean Shell/Java), transforms, and workflows to align with specific business and compliance requirements.
  • Troubleshootandresolvecomplex issuesrelatedtoprovisioning,entitlements,access certifications, policy violations, and identity synchronization failures.
  • DeepproficiencywithIdentityCubes, entitlements,roles,policies,certifications,and configuring virtual appliances.
  • Hands-onexperiencewithSailPointruledevelopmentandusingRESTAPIsandSCIM integrations for identity lifecycle automation.
