Graduate in Pharmacy / Science / CommerceCertification in Supply Chain or Materials Management preferredRoles & Responsibilities:Manage end-to-end payroll processing for all employees.Ensure statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, Income Tax, Gratuity).Maintain accurate employee records and HRIS data integrity.Oversee attendance, leave, and time-tracking systems.Handle employee queries related to salary, deductions, and reimbursements.Contribute to HR policy development and implementation.Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and engagement activities.Ensure compliance with company policies and healthcare regulations.Monitor performance metrics and drive process improvements.Key Competencies:Detail-oriented with high standards of confidentiality & ethics.Strong knowledge of statutory compliance & labor laws.Hands-on experience with audits & internal payroll reviews.
