Role Overview- We are seeking a dynamic Business Development Manager to drive new client acquisition and revenue growth across Western India.- This is a hunter-focused role requiring strong networking, prospecting, and deal-closing skills.- The ideal candidate will have experience in fintech or capital markets technology and the ability to manage complex sales cycles.Key Responsibilities- New Business Development: Identify and acquire new clients (brokers, banks, fintech platforms) aligned with our Ideal Customer Profile.- Pipeline Management: Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline through prospecting, qualifying leads, and advancing opportunities to closure.End-to-End Sales : Manage the entire sales cycle from outreach to contract signing, engaging senior stakeholders (CxOs, Tech Heads).Solution Positioning : Work with product teams to tailor solutions addressing client pain points.Regulatory Awareness : Understand SEBI guidelines and compliance requirements to position solutions effectively.Brand Representation : Represent the company at industry events, webinars, and client meetings.CRM Management : Maintain accurate records in CRM systems for forecasting and reporting.Must-Have Qualifications- 5+ years of sales experience in fintech, trading infrastructure, or SaaS solutions.- Strong network with decision-makers in brokers, banks, and fintech platforms.- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets.- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.- Hands-on experience with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.).Good-to-Have Skills- Exposure to trading systems (OMS, RMS) or API-based fintech platforms.- Familiarity with SEBI regulations and algo trading basics.- Experience in solution-selling environments.
