The ideal candidate will have strong experience in B2B inside sales, understanding of buying journeys, and exposure to BFSI, Fintech, or Enterprise IT sales.Key Responsibilities: - Generate and qualify leads through outbound and inbound sales efforts.- Manage end-to-end inside sales activities including prospecting, follow-ups, and closing.- Understand B2B buying journeys and tailor engagement strategies accordingly.- Nurture leads through consistent communication and account engagement strategies.- Collaborate with marketing and field sales teams to align on target accounts.- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.- Conduct product presentations, demos, and solution discussions virtually.- Maintain accurate CRM records and sales forecasting reports.Required Skills & Qualifications:- 3+ years of experience in Inside Sales, Business Development, or Lead Generation.- Strong understanding of B2B sales cycles and enterprise buying behaviour.- Experience in BFSI, Fintech, or Enterprise IT sales is preferred.- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.- Ability to handle high-volume outreach while maintaining quality engagement.- Target-driven with a proven track record of achieving sales goals.
