- A strategic, data-driven leader with 10-15 years of experience in marketing (preferably in digital media, OTT, online consumer brands, or consumer tech)

- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention for Amazon MX Player.
- Analyze market trends, user insights, and competitive dynamics to identify and unlock new growth opportunities.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with content, product, analytics, and engineering teams to enhance user experience and maximize content impact.
- Manage the full lifecycle of user marketing - including acquisition, onboarding, retention, reactivation, and monetization journeys.
- Drive audience segmentation and personalization strategies to improve message relevance and user outcomes.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), track campaign effectiveness, and optimize marketing ROI.
- Stay ahead of emerging platforms, tools, and innovations shaping the Indian digital marketing landscape.
- Own content programming calendar to align high-impact launches with key business priorities and audience interest.
- Lead viewership forecasting and support business planning tied to customer and content metrics.BASIC QUALIFICATIONS- 10+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience
- Experience managing teams
- Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
- Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)
- Experience driving direction and alignment with cross-functional teamsPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS- MBA
- Experience in managing marketing budgets
