We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven B2B Sales Executive to drive our product placement and sales across Modern Trade retail outlets. You will work closely with business leads to execute sales strategies, build lasting client relationships, and accelerate market penetration for our products.Key Responsibilities- Pitch and sell company products to modern trade retailers and key accounts.- Develop and maintain strong relationships with purchase managers and category heads of retail chains.- Drive end-to-end sales processes: from prospecting and presentations to negotiations, closures, and after-sales support.- Achieve sales targets and ensure timely collections.- Collaborate with the marketing and business teams to support in-store activations and merchandising.- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.Requirements- 3-5 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in modern trade or FMCG sectors.- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with fluency in English; polished and professional in verbal and written communication.- Knowledge of Kannada is a strong advantage.- Demonstrated ability to close deals and manage high-value client relationships.- Strong negotiation and presentation skills.- Self-starter with a result-oriented mindset and the ability to work independently.
