Job Summary :-We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Online Visual Merchandiser to manage product listings, enhance visual content, and drive customer engagement on our e-commerce platform. The candidate will be responsible for curating product discovery experiences, building storefronts, managing product data, and ensuring an attractive and seamless shopping journey for our customers.Key Responsibilities :-- Manage listing of new brands and products, ensuring accurate categorization and representation.- Enhance content for existing products to improve visual appeal, accuracy, and engagement.- Plan and execute communications, promotions, and campaigns to drive traffic and sales.- Conceive and create product discovery content, promotional pages, and consumer incentives aligned with brand standards.- Build and maintain storefronts (app & web) for seasonal promotions, new launches, and curated experiences.- Curate thoughtful discovery and shopping experiences for members, continuously improving user journey and engagement.- Handle product data management: organize, classify, and tag products with accurate details and assets.- Manage file formatting, data cleaning, and bulk uploads across online platforms.- Conduct quality checks on product detail pages (images, descriptions, specifications, graphics, pricing, etc.) to ensure consistency and appeal.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, design, operations, category managers) to deliver seamless execution.Required Skills & Competencies :-- 1-4 years of experience in visual merchandising, e-commerce content management, or digital catalog management.- Strong eye for visual aesthetics, product presentation, and consumer experience.- Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, CMS platforms, and e-commerce tools.- Familiarity with Photoshop / Canva / design tools for basic creative editing.- Ability to analyze product performance and customer behavior to optimize merchandising.- Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.- Detail-oriented with the ability to work in a fast-paced e-commerce environment.Education Qualification :-- Graduate in Commerce, Marketing, Fashion, Design, or related fields.- MBA/PGDM in Marketing, E-commerce, or Retail Management preferred.
