Job Title: Sales & Marketing - Civil/ConstructionLocation: Noida base locationIndustry: Construction / Infrastructure / Industrial Turnkey ProjectsEmployment Type: Full-timeExperience Required: 10 yearsRole OverviewWe are seeking an experienced sales and marketing candidate who can take ownership of site-level selling and project acquisition for infrastructure, PEB, and industrial plant setups. This is a client-facing, techno-commercial role that combines project understanding, sales acumen, and execution alignment.Key Responsibilities- Identify and develop new business opportunities for turnkey infrastructure, PEB, and plant projects.- Visit project sites, interact with client stakeholders (owners, project heads, consultants, etc.).- Understand technical requirements and propose tailored solutions.- Present design concepts, project timelines, BOQs, and cost estimates.- Coordinate with internal design, estimation, and execution teams to prepare proposals.- Manage end-to-end sales process - lead generation, client meetings, proposal, negotiation, and closure.- Maintain updated knowledge of government/private infrastructure projects in the region.- Build and nurture relationships with EPC contractors, architects, consultants, and industrial clients.- Track market trends, pricing, and competitor activity.Required Qualifications- B.E./Diploma in Civil / Mechanical Engineering or related field.- 10 years of experience in B2B project sales (Infrastructure, PEB, Industrial Plants).- Experience in turnkey project marketing with site-level selling exposure.- Strong understanding of project lifecycle, drawings, tenders, and costing.- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.- Proficiency in MS Office; working knowledge of AutoCAD is an advantage.- Willingness to travel extensively to client/project locations.Preferred Skills- Prior 10 year experience in mid-sized EPC or infrastructure companies.- Experience dealing with both private and semi-government clients.- Exposure to factory building, logistics parks, steel structures, or industrial plant projects.
