Role: Senior Manager - Projects (Sales & Channel Expansion)Location: Corporate HQ - NCRReports to: EVP-Sales Level: Mid-Senior (Senior Manager Band)Role Overview:This role will lead high-impact, cross-functional execution projects across sales channels including General Trade, Modern Trade, eCommerce, HoReCa, and Institutions. The incumbent will drive strategic initiatives from design to rollout, monitor performance metrics, and act as a bridge between Sales, SCM, Marketing, Finance, and Tech.Key Responsibilities:- Program Manage new GTM rollouts and pilots (Projects including HoReCa & Institutions)- Anchor quarterly planning and KPI tracking for all B2B and retail channels- Own the dashboarding, data integrity, and weekly execution review routines- Partner with supply chain to streamline last-mile models (cold chain, crate formats, logistics flow)- Drive initiatives to reduce return %, improve fill rate, and optimize SO productivity- Work closely with finance on payout modelling, scheme deployment, and ROI tracking- Develop and implement trade marketing activities for each channels Education & Experience:- Full-time MBA/PGDM from a Tier-1/Tier-2 B-school - 8-12 years total experience with at least 4-5 years in:- FMCG/Agri-tech project management- Sales operations/strategy roles in high-growth B2B2C businesses- Cross-functional roles in startups, consulting, or supply-led businessesKey Competencies:- Strong program management & execution discipline- Proficient in Excel, dashboards, PowerPoint, CRM tools (Zoho/Salesforce)- Comfort with ambiguity and iterative pilots- Business acumen to balance sales outcomes with operational complexity- Excellent communication and cross-functional stakeholder alignmentOther Requirements :- Willing to work in start-up environment - Requirements to work 6 days a week - Ownership driven individual for complete projects - Willing to work on field all days and travel as per business need (ref:updazz.com)
