Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Asst Sales Manager-Delhi to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in driving business and achieving the target set by the company. Preferably in the field of furniture industry only.Key Responsibilities:- Engage with PMC, architects, corporate clients, and key decision-makers to understand their requirements and promote Rockworth' s product offerings. - Manage and coordinate visits at our experience centre, providing personalized product demonstrations and guided tours. - Collaborate closely with internal design and technical teams to develop customized solutions that align with client needs. - Maintain regular communication with existing and potential clients to foster strong relationships and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. - Representing the organization at trade exhibitions, events and demonstrations. - Co-ordination with commercial team to ensure timely delivery of material at customer sites, modes of transportation etc. in cost effective manner. - Monitoring the projects at the micro level and keep an update on the day to day activities of the branches and the projects in the respective regions - Forecast sales targets and ensure they are met. - Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify opportunities for business expansion. - Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and quotations to prospective clients. - Work closely with the marketing team to develop effective strategies and materials that enhance brand awareness and support business development efforts. Required Skills and Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. - Proven experience in business development, sales, or client relationship management within the furniture or related industries is preferred. - Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). - Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasively. - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. - Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and independently as needed. - Enthusiastic, self-motivated, and driven to achieve results - Private Sales Segment (ref:updazz.com)
