As a Great Place to Work Certified company, recognized as one of the Best Places for Women, and a CMMI Level 5 Company, we are committed to creating a workplace that is inclusive, excellent, and supportive.Job Description:Position Overview:The Project Manager (PM) will oversee the development of K-12 educational content for a US-based client, focusing on managing the project lifecycle, team collaboration, and content quality.Key Responsibilities Project and Content Development.● Project Planning & Scheduling: Define project scope, goals, and deliverables. Develop detailed timelines and milestones for lesson plans, assessments, and multimedia resources.● Content Development Coordination: Collaborate with subject matter experts, instructional designers, and writers to develop, review, and refine curriculum content.● Stakeholder Management: Serve as the primary liaison between internal production and functional teams and external stakeholders (freelancers, vendors).● Risk Mitigation: Proactively identify potential roadblocks (scope creep, resource limitations) and create mitigation strategies to keep projects on track.● Budget & Resource Management: Monitor project budgets, manage vendor contracts, and ensure efficient use of personnel and materials.● Reporting and Documentation: To be well versed with creating scope documents and project plans. Required Qualifications & Skills● Education: Bachelor’s degree, PMP certified preferred● Experience: 3–7+ years of experience in K-12 curriculum development, educational publishing, or EdTech project management.● Pedagogical Knowledge: Deep understanding of K-12 learning frameworks, standards-based instruction.● Project Management Skills: Proven ability to use Waterfall and agile project planning, or tools like Smart sheet, MS Project, or Jira to manage complex, multi-functional teams.● Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with experience presenting to leadership or educational stakeholders.● Technical Proficiency: Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel for tracking) and familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) or CMS● AI Knowledge: Should have experience in using basic AI toolsWhy SA Technologies Inc.?Empowering Work Environment: A Great Place to Work, especially celebrated as one of the Best Places for Women.Excellence and Quality: A CMMI Level 5 Company, ensuring operational and service excellence.Globally Acclaimed: A Microsoft Gold Partner and Google Partner, with over 20 years of global IT consulting and Development solutions delivery.Have queries?
