Our mission is to make clean energy accessible and affordable, contributing to the global transition to green energy.Position Overview:We are seeking an experienced Project Managers to manage, and execute solar installation projects. The successful candidate will have expertise in solar systems installation, a strong ability to independently manage projects, and the ability to oversee commissioning of kW and MW scale industrial and commercial projects in collaboration with DISCOMs. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring timely, on-budget delivery of high-quality solar installations while maintaining client satisfaction and adherence to safety and quality standards.Key Responsibilities: * Project Planning and Execution:

Conduct site assessments and feasibility study
Plan the site execution based on the drawings, timeline, material schedule and client specific conditions/constraints for smooth and hassle-free execution of projects
Co-ordination with third-party installation partners for execution of the projects, ensuring safety protocols are follow-ed
Post execution commissioning, quality check and clearance of punch-points with the scheduled time-frame provided.
Closure with proper HOTO procedures with client appointed representatives
Quality Control and Compliance:

Ensure that all installations meet the highest quality standards and comply with industry regulations and safety standards.
Perform regular site inspections to monitor progress and adherence to technical specifications.
Implement quality control measures and address any issues related to installation processes.
Ensure compliance with all local, state, and national regulatory requirements for solar installations.
Project Commissioning:

Oversee the commissioning process, ensuring all solar systems are fully functional and meet client specifications.
Conduct post-installation system checks, performance testing, and troubleshooting.
Provide clients with training on system operation and maintenance.
Manage final project handover to the client, ensuring all necessary documentation (e.g., manuals, warranties) is provided.
Cost and Schedule Management:

Ensure that projects are completed within budget and on time.
Monitor project budgets, track costs, and adjust plans as needed to stay within financial limits.
Identify risks to the project schedule and implement corrective actions to prevent delays.
Provide regular updates to senior management regarding project progress, issues, and milestones.
Client Relationship Management:

Act as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle.
Communicate effectively with clients, addressing any concerns, updates, or changes in project scope.
Ensure client satisfaction by meeting deadlines and exceeding quality expectations.
Provide post-installation support and maintenance services as required

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Education: BE / Dipl. In Electrical Engineering
Experience:
Minimum 3 years of experience in management of solar projects in commercial and industrial projects. A minimum of 10 projects should have been executed.
Strong technical knowledge of solar PV systems, electrical installations, and energy storage systems.
Skills:
Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong communication, negotiation and problem-solving skills.
Proficient in budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation.

Physical Requirements:

Ability to work at project sites
