- Lead and grow a team of skilled engineers, architects, and analysts through empathy and people-centric approach
- Set the team's delivery roadmap and technical goals, working closely with technology leaders in North America and other partner teams.
- Ensure team's deliverables meet the security, quality and engineering maturity standards set by enterprise architecture and engineering
- Ensure that team is delivering as per the planned timelines by helping remove any blockers
- Manage the resource and delivery plans for the team.
- Ensure the right skills are being used to solve the right problems by supporting the team with coaching, skills development, and career path leadership
- Being a role model and lead awareness and training for your team in our IDEA program - Inclusion, Diversity, Equity and Action.
- Bachelors degree in computer science or a related field with a minimum of 10 years of experience in information technology.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in directly leading and developing technology delivery teams
- Experience working and leading in a DevOps operating model utilizing Cloud infrastructure
- Experience in implementing engineering solutions using Java, Angular, Python or similar programming languages/frameworks
- Experience in implementing automated code delivery pipelines using test automation and security scanning
- Experience in implementing real time data integrations using technologies like Kafka and rest API
- Experience in implementing data reports and visualizations using platforms like Snowflake and Power BI
- Experience in working and leading SaaS product implementations
- Strong track record of managing external vendors and service providers
