Position : Public Affairs:Key Responsibilities:1. Setting up meetings with the Ministry for representations (across states) and if required also meet respective authorities to advocate on formal employment issues.
2. Drafting of recommendations based on acts/ notifications, compiling inputs from members, preparing documentation for/ meetings.
3. Researching and updating changes across states impacting labour related matters.
4. Collaboration with union bodies, industry bodies to create a social dialogue and an engaging advocacy strategy.5. Collect data from members (survey based) and publish regular reports that will make meaningful data to influence the stakeholdersNote:

Law school background will be an added advantage, not mandatory.
No Phd Candidates.
Background in policy work on HR, Employment, Labour will be added advantage
Understanding of public policy progress in the space & ability to create networking with various ministry officials will be required in the recent experience.

Working Days: 5 Days a week (Off: Sat & Sun)
Location: DLF Prime Tower, okhla phase 1, Delhi
