Demonstrates the ability to work effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders, including corporate trainers and technical hiring managers.
Must have experience sourcing and onboarding Corporate Trainers for technology and non-technology training requirements.
Hands-on experience in sourcing candidates for a wide range of IT skills, including:

ERP: SAP, Oracle, Microsoft
Cloud: AWS, Azure, GCP
Testing & QA
Programming: Java Full Stack, Python, UI/UX
Database, Big Data & Analytics
Mobile Technologies
AI, ML, RPA, Blue Prism
Perform end-to-end recruitment:

Requirement analysis → Sourcing → Pre-screening (technical fit, CTC, availability)

→ Interview coordination → Offer negotiation → Onboarding * Skilled in sourcing via job portals (Naukri, Monster, etc.) and LinkedIn (5000+ connections required for 3+ years’ experience).

Basic Excel proficiency for maintaining candidate pipelines and reporting.

RequirementsWhat we’re looking for:
✔️ Recruitment experience (IT/EdTech preferred)
✔️ Minimum 1+ years experience in C2H Contract To Hiring
✔️ Good communication & coordination skills
✔️ Prior experience in ed tech is added advantage
