Employment Type: Full-timeAbout the RoleWe are seeking an experienced US IT Recruiter to join our remote recruitment team. The ideal candidate will have proven expertise in sourcing, screening, and placing IT professionals for clients across the United States. You should be highly motivated, detail-oriented, and comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment.Key Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and evaluate IT professionals using job boards (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn, etc.), social media, and networking.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle: requirement analysis, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, negotiation, and placement.
- Work with direct clients, Tier 1 vendors, and implementation partners to fulfill contract, contract-to-hire, and permanent positions.
- Maintain candidate database and build strong relationships with consultants.
- Negotiate salaries, hourly rates, and employment terms with candidates.
- Ensure compliance with US hiring policies, tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099), and immigration (H1B, OPT, GC, US Citizens).
- Meet daily/weekly/monthly hiring targets.
- Minimum 4+ years of experience as a US IT Recruiter.
- Strong knowledge of US job market, recruitment processes, and employment terms.
- Experience working with VMS portals and ATS tools.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple requirements simultaneously.
- Flexibility to work in US time zones (EST/PST/CST).
- Prior experience with direct clients.
- Familiarity with niche IT skills (Cloud, Cybersecurity, Data Engineering, DevOps).
- Proven track record of high placements and closures.
