Help define and execute strategy and roadmap for Nutanix NCI support with IP based external storage
Regular outreach and synthesis of customer feedback into prioritized requirements
Write detailed market requirements and product requirement documents (PRDs)
Responsible for complete product delivery in co-ordination with cross functional teams
Track, manage, and report on KPIs, product success metrics
Motivate, influence and evangelize product line
Provide customer advocacy and support executive briefings
Provide ongoing field support as needed to drive high customer satisfaction
Author, build, and maintain compelling internal and external facing collateral

What You Will Bring

4+ years of experience in product management, engineering, or a related field, specifically with enterprise storage products, along with a total of 10+ years of overall work experience.
Must have a strong familiarity with the infrastructure ecosystem, including virtualised environments, enterprise storage and storage protocols like NFS, SMB, IP based storage eco-system, VMware ESXi, VMFS, vVols, VCF and related technologies.
BE in Computer Science or related fields. MBA is nice to have..
Attention to detail in executing complex projects with cross-functional dependencies
Strong communication skills to engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, and ability to present to executives.
Proven ability to influence geographically distributed teams and deliver on commitments
Proficiency in requirements gathering, prioritization, and conflict management
Ability to analyze technical challenges and develop effective solutions
Demonstrated focus on outcomes and delivery rather than outputs.
Empathy and understanding towards engineers and team members to foster a collaborative environment.

Work ArrangementHybrid: This role operates in a hybrid capacity, blending the benefits of remote work with the advantages of in-person collaboration. For most roles, that will mean coming into an office a minimum of 3 days per week, however certain roles and/or teams may require more frequent in-office presence.
