Position: Business Head - Server, Storage & HCI (Mumbai)Experience Required: 10+ years in relevant domainLocation: MumbaiRole Overview:We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Head to lead our Server, Storage, and Hyper-Converged Infrastructure (HCI) business in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will have strong execution capabilities, a strategic mindset, and proven success in driving enterprise technology sales. You should have deep understanding of the Mumbai enterprise market and established relationships with leading OEMs and key decision-makers.Key Responsibilities:- Sales Leadership: Drive revenue growth for Server, Storage & HCI product lines by developing and executing go-to-market strategies.- Market Development: Identify and capitalize on business opportunities across small, medium, and large enterprises, including leading corporate groups such as Tata, Adani, and Birla.- Relationship Management: Maintain and expand high-value relationships with OEMs (HPe, NetApp, Dell EMC, Nutanix, VMware) and large enterprise customers.- Business Planning: Develop quarterly and annual sales plans with clear KPIs, revenue targets, and market share objectives.- Team Management: Lead and mentor a sales team to achieve high performance, ensuring strong pipeline generation and conversion.- Strategic Partnerships: Collaborate with OEM partners to plan joint marketing, solution bundling, and customer engagement programs.- Execution Excellence: Deliver on commitments with speed and quality, balancing strategic vision with hands-on execution in a competitive market.Required Experience & Skills:- 10+ years of experience in enterprise IT sales, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.- Strong business acumen with a proven track record of exceeding sales targets in Server, Storage, and HCI solutions.- Deep understanding of enterprise buying behavior, procurement processes, and technology decision-making cycles.- Established network of OEM contacts (HPe, NetApp, Dell EMC, Nutanix, VMware) and relationships with enterprise CIOs, CTOs, and IT heads.- Ability to design and execute market growth strategies in Mumbai and Western India.- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
