Key Responsibilities:- Lead and manage a PAN India enterprise sales team of 15-20 people.- Drive Enterprise Sales operations, including Retention and Collections across multiple cities.- Identify new business opportunities in the broadband leased line and bandwidth domain.- Maintain and grow strong relationships with enterprise clients ensuring high customer satisfaction.- Analyze competitor offerings and market trends to position You Broadband's services effectively.- Guide the team through the full sales cycle-from lead generation to closure and installation.- Work closely with operations to ensure smooth customer onboarding and post-sales service.- Support team members through planning, goal-setting, coaching, and performance evaluations.- Actively manage channel sales partnerships and drive new channel onboarding.- Ensure compliance with all organizational and regulatory policies during service execution.Candidate Profile:Mandatory Criteria:- Minimum 15 years of overall experience, with at least 10-12 years in Enterprise Sales.- Currently working in the Telecom/Broadband/ISP industry.- At least 5-7 years of experience in leading large sales teams across multiple cities.- Currently holding a Managerial or higher-level position.- Proven track record of managing Retention and Collections in Telecom/Broadband.- Strong team handling, communication, and interpersonal skills.- In-depth knowledge of internet products, technical specs, and customer lifecycle.Preferred:- MBA or Master's Degree.- Experience in corporate/enterprise B2B sales and channel sales management.
