Participating in the design and implementation of new features.
Evolving the architecture of our system.
Develop innovative solutions to improve the response times of our servers and improve capacity to handle more requests per second.

.Skills & Experience:

Total of 1-2 years of experience in Software Engineering.
Prior experience with Rust is a must.
Hands-on experience with GenAI tools (Experience with Cursor IDE is a plus)
Good understanding of GenAI concepts like RAG, MCP, etc, is a plus.
You should be able to write modular, extensible, readable, and performant code.
You should be able to choose the right Data Structures, tools, and tech stacks and be able to do High-Level Designing with guidance.
Experience with Relational databases like MySQL, Postgres will be a plus
Experience with web servers like Nginx, caching servers like Redis/Memcached, queueing systems like Kafka etc, would be a great advantage
